Allcustomwear will hold orders open for backordered items for up to 21 business days. Your order will remain on hold until all items are received so we can decorate and ship the order complete.
If an item(s) is on backorder for longer than 21 business days from the date of your order, that item will be canceled on your order and your method(s) of payment will be refunded for the amount of that item(s). You will receive an emailed notification from Allcustomwear if we have to cancel an item on your order.
